CIVIL APPEAL NO.8079 OF 2001
This appeal has been filed against an order passed by the High
Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench in civil revision case when
admittedly the suit was pending. It has been brought to our notice by
the learned counsel for the appellant that the suit itself has now been
disposed of. In this view of the matter, this appeal has now become
infructuous and is disposed of as such. There will be no order as to
costs.
The interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
