O R D E R
We find that the appellants have already got
away lightly as they were prosecuted under Section 302
of the IPC but they have been convicted only under
Section 326 and the sentence has been reduced by the
High court to that already undergone by them.
Moreover, we are of the opinion that the concurrent
findings of fact call for no interference.
The appeal is dismissed.
