RESPONDENTS O R D E R Leave granted. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. In this matter, the appellant has not been paid salary from 13.06.1990 to 27.09.1995. On consideration of the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent-U.P.State Transport Corporation to pay 30% of the salary to the appellant for the aforementioned period.
