2. These appeals arise out of Judgment(s) passed by
the High Court of Punjab and Haryana in Regular First

3. We find from the order dated 28.11.2017 that the
majority of the cases have been remanded to the High
Court. Accordingly, these appeals are disposed of,
remanding the cases of the appellants to the High
Court, to be taken up along with those cases which
