O R D E R
This appeal of 2001 is preferred against an interim order of the Monopolies &
Restrictive Practices Commission, New Delhi. Dr. R.G. Padia, learned Senior
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits, on instruction, that this
appeal has become infructuous since the main matter has already been disposed of.
In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
There will be no order as to costs.
However, it is clarified that in the event the matter has not yet been disposed
of, liberty is given to the parties to apply for recall of this order.
