Vide order dated 25.07.2011, this Court passed the following order : “Application seeking exemption from filing official translation is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to (IV) at page 16 that during the period the petitioner remained posted as B.D.O. at Maheshpur and that as per the Audit Report that only Rs.2000/- has been shown less in balance. JUDGMENT Issue notice. In case the petitioner is arrested he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial court.” 4.
