Nagaraj & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors. (2006) 8 SCC 212. In view of the conclusion arrived at by the Constitution Bench in paragraphs 121 and 122 of M. Nagaraj case (supra), these appeals have become infructous and are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
