Learned counsel for the appellant and the complainant present before us agree that the sum of Rs. 3.75 lakhs which had been deposited by the appellant in this Court be paid to the complainant. It is further agreed that interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from the date of issuance of the cheque till the date of deposit in this Court shall also be paid to the petitioner-complainant within one month.
