ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance by the
respondents with the order dated 24.06.2025 passed by this Court in
W.P.No.22332 of 2025.
2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned
Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the
directions issued by this Court had been complied with by way of an order dated
15.10.2026, a copy of which had been furnished to the learned counsel for the
petitioner.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 15.10.2026 in
the manner known to law. No costs.
