COMMON ORDER
These Civil Revision petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the
Executing Court to dispose of the execution petitions filed by the petitioners
within a time frame fixed by this court.
2. The petitioners herein filed the suits for recovery of possession of the
property, recovery of rental arrears and damages against the respondents and
obtained a decree for the same. Pursuant to the decree, the petitioners filed the
respective execution petitions for delivery of the property in the year 2013. The
execution petitions filed by the petitioners are still pending, without any
progress. Hence, the petitioners have come up with these civil revision petitions
seeking necessary directions for early disposal of the execution petitions.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in spite of the
decree passed by the Trial Court in the suit and also filing of the executions
petitions in the year 2013, till date, the petitioners have not received the fruits of
the decree due to the filing of various petitions filed by the respondents.
4. A perusal of the typed set of papers would indicate that due to the
filing of various applications in the execution proceedings, the main execution
petitions have been kept pending without any progress. Taking into

consideration that the execution petitions were filed in the year 2013, this court
is inclined to direct the Executing Court to dispose of the execution petitions as
expeditiousely as possible, having time line fixed by the Hon’ble Supreme
Court in Periyammal Vs Rajamani reported in (2025 INSC 329) , in its mind.
