Judgment
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.Velmurugan J.)
These writ appeals have been filed challenging the order passed by
the learned Single Judge in W.P.Crl.(MD).No.28887 /2024 dated 14-10-
2025.
2. Since the relief sought in the writ petitions is purely criminal in
nature, these intra-court appeals are not maintainable. Accordingly, these
Writ Appeals are dismissed, granting liberty to the appellant in both the
appeals to work out the remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
