JUDGMENT

The application, C.M.P.No.26238 of 2026, seeking to revoke
the vakalatnama, is allowed.
2. Learned counsel, who is on record now for petitioner/
appellant, seeks leave to withdraw C.M.P.No.6125 of 2025, which
has been filed seeking leave to file the appeal.
3. In view of the submission made and the letter circulated,
C.M.P.No.6125 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently,
the writ appeal is rejected at SR stage.
