ORDER (ORAL)

PER: RAJINDER SINGH DOGRA, JUDICIAL MEMBER :
This application has been preferred to seek the
following relief:
“1. To quash and set aside impugned order issued by the
Deputy Director vide Office order No 127 of 2023 dated
10.11.2023 where the petitioner prayer for cancel the
transfer order was rejected so far as the applicant is
concerned [Annexure- A/1] and grant all consequential
benefits.

8.2. To quash and set aside the impugned order issued by
the Financial Commissioner by order dated 11.10.2023 so

far as the applicant is concerned ( Annexure- A/2) where
enclosed the Report of the Grievance Redressal
Committee (GRC ) for office order Nos 59/2023 to 65/20123
dated 20.05.2023 where petitioner prayer has not
considered .0; to remain posting at Beltola, Guwahati ESIC
without sending the grievance of the petitioner before the
Medical Board .

8.3. To direct the respondent to forbear from giving effect
to the impugned order dated 20.05.2023 [Annexure--A/ 5 ]
and consider his.

8.4. To direct the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC )
to refer to the Medical Board for examination of all grounds
of the petitioner which was stated in the forwarding letter
dated 10.08.2023 ( Annexure- A /12).

8.5. To direct the Director General, Employees State
insurance Corporation, (Respondent No 2 ) to take the
medical board opinion so far as the applicant is
concerned before passing the speaking order.

8.6. To direct the Respondent not to take any coercive
action against the applicant till disposal of this original
Appeal.

8.7 Cost of the application.

8.8 Pass any such order/orders as Your Lordships may deem
fit and proper.”

2. Today, Sri Kankan Das, learned counsel for the
applicant submits that the grievance of the applicant has
been redressed, he has been promoted and posted at
ESICH- Beltola. He has produced the promotion order dated

17.02.2026, wherein the name of the applicant stood at Sl.
No. 11. Copy of the same is taken on record.
3. Ms. Khushboo Verma, learned counsel for the
respondents also admits to the same.
4. Heard the parties.
5. Since the grievance of the applicant has been redressed,
nothing survives for further adjudication and the O.A is
disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
