JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i) To issue a writ of mandamus, or any other writ order
or direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to
remove/tow away the Exhibit P2 Bharat Benz heavy
tipper truck bearing Registration No. KL 40 S 4220
with immediate effect.
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus, or any other writ order
or direction, directing the respondents to act upon
the Exhibit P1 complaint in a time bound manner.
iii) Grant such other appropriate writ, direction or
order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper
in the fact and circumstances of the case.

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration on
12.10.2026, this Court passed the following order.
“It is submitted by the learned Government
Pleader, on instructions that, steps are being taken to
remove the vehicle in question. However, the vehicle

is having mechanical defects and earnest steps are
being taken to shift the same.
Post on 22.10.2026.”
3. Today, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that
the vehicle is already removed from the road. If that is the case,
nothing survives in this matter.
This writ petition is closed.
