immed
diately filed an appeal against th
he height measurement on the

-measurement was conducted,
which
recorded his height as 16
64.5 cm. Subsequently, on
01.10.2

ht measured independently at
a Gov
vernment Community Centre /
Hospital (IHMS) in Indali,
Distric
ct Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, wher
re his height was correctly
recorde

, the applicant submitted a form
mal representation via email to
the C
Commissioner of Police, Del
lhi Police, on 03.10.2026,
reques
ting a re-measurement by a
a competent authority and
correct
tion of the error.
3. In su
upport of his plea for relief, the

an ord
der dated May 20, 2024, passed
by the Tribunal in O.A. No.
503/20
024 ( Mukul Choudhary vs. SSC
C & Ors. ), wherein a similar
height
measurement dispute was res
solved by directing a fresh
height

applicant further submits that
the app
plicant’s height be remeasured
by the competent authorities
