ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing before this Court on 28.10.2026,
there was no representation for the petitioner. Consequently, this Court directed
the Registry to list the matter today under the caption “For Dismissal.
2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on
behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record.
Therefore, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served in
keeping this writ petition pending any longer without any progress.
3. In view of the consecutive non-appearance of the petitioner, this writ
petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected
miscellaneous petition is closed.
