2. Mr. S. S. Chaudhary, learned Standing
Counsel for the State.
3. By the instant petition, the petitioner is
praying for the following reliefs:-

“A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the
nature of certiorari to quash the order dated
23/24.05.2017 issued by respondent no.5
regarding the recovery of worth
Rs.1,30,795=00 (Rs. one lac thirty thousand
and seven hundred ninety five) from the
gratuity of the petitioner as mentioned in
annexure no.2 (colly) from page no.14 to page
no.16 of the writ petition.
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the
nature of certiorari to quash the order dated
27.03.2017 issued by respondent no.5
regarding the wrong fixation of pension of the
petitioner as mentioned in annexure 2(colly)
from page no.14 to page no.16 of the writ
petition.
C. Issue a writ, order or direction in the
nature of mandamus to the respondents to
refund the amount of arrear worth
Rs.1,30,795=00 (Rs. one lac thirty thousand
and seven hundred ninety five) together with
the interest as mentioned in annexure

no.2(colly) from page no.14 to page no.16 of
the writ petition.
D. Issue a writ, order or direction in the
nature of mandamus to the respondent no.5
for re-fixation of pension and gratuity.”

4. It is contended by learned counsel for
the petitioner that the issue as raised in this
petition is already dealt with by the
Coordinate Bench by the judgment and order
dated 04.01.2024 passed in bunch of petition
leading one is WPSS No.2269 of 2022.
5. Mr. S.S. Chaudhary, learned Standing
Counsel for the State have fairly submits that
the issue as raised, is squarely covered by the
judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench on
04.01.2024 in bunch of petition.
6. In view of the submission, as above, the
instant petition is disposed of finally in terms
of the judgment of the Coordinate Bench
dated 04.01.2024 passed in bunch of petition,
the leading one is WPSS No.2269 of 2022.
