petitioner.
(iii) Thereafter, respondent No.3 shall take a final
decision in the matter by passing a reasoned and speaking
order, in accordance with law, within a further period of four
weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh reply submitted
by the petitioner.
(iv) Till the aforesaid exercise is completed and a final
decision is taken, no coercive steps, including demolition or
removal of the petitioner's residential house, shall be taken
pursuant to the impugned notice dated 30.10.2026.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the
merits of the allegations of encroachment, and the competent authority shall
take an independent decision in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
No order as to costs.
