applicant would be duly considered and redressed in accordance
with law, rules and the prescribed procedure.
5. Learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that the
representation earlier submitted by the applicant on 07.06.2024

granted for the said purpose. He further submits that the
competent respondent authority may be directed to consider and
decide such fresh representation by passing a reasoned and
speaking order within a stipulated period.
6. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection

the respondent authorities in paragraph 21 of the written
statement.
7. In view of the submissions made by both parties, the present OA
is disposed of with the direction that if the applicant submits a
fresh representation, within a fortnight from today, the same

authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order strictly in
accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of
receipt of such fresh representation.
