COMMON ORDER
The above Writ Petition have been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ
of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to consider the petitioners
common representation dated 14.07.2026 and consequently ensure compliance
with the common orders passed by this Hon’ble Court on 23.06.2022 in
W.P.Nos. 29368, 29369, 29371 and 29372 of 2019, within a reasonable time
frame.
2. The main grievance of the petitioners is that, although this Court
passed a common order dated 23.06.2022 in W.P. Nos. 29368, 29369, 29371
and 29372 of 2019 in favour of the petitioners, the official respondents have
failed to implement the directions issued therein, despite the petitioners’
common written representation dated 14.07.2026 requesting compliance with
the said order.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel
appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that if the
blueprint of the residential building in question is submitted, the request of the
petitioners would be processed immediately. Such a request appears
incongruous in the light of the fact that the very electricity connection would
have been granted only after perusal of the blueprint.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.
5. Considering the fact that the respondents are already in contempt for
non-compliance with the earlier orders of this Court passed in W.P.Nos. 29368,
29369, 29371 and 29372 of 2019 dated 23.06.2022, this Writ Petitions are
disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to once again submit a copy of the
blueprint of the residential building in question. Upon receipt of the same, the
respondents shall dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated
14.07.2026 in tune with the common order passed by this Court in
W.P.Nos.29368, 29369, 29371 and 29372 of 2019 dated 23.06.2022,within a
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the blueprint. No costs.
