ORDER
This writ petition was listed before me on 05.10.2026. Noticing
that the petitioner had repeatedly taken adjournments, this Court imposed
a cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to be paid by the

petitioner to the Legal Services Authority on or before 12 October 2026.

Thereafter, the case was listed again before me on 13 October 2026.
There was no representation on the side of the petitioner on that day.
Again, the case was adjourned to 15.10.2026,
2. When the matter was taken up today i.e., 15.10.2026. Even today
there was no representation for the petitioner, when the case was taken up
in the Forenoon session. I passed over the matter and it was again taken
up in the Afternoon session, even now, there is no representation for the
petitioner and it is informed across the bar by the learned counsel for the
respondents, that the cost is also not paid so far.

3. Since it is evident, that the writ petitioner is not willing to
prosecute the case, left with no other alternative, I dismiss the writ
petitions for non-prosecution and for non-compliance of the condition
imposed by this Court towards payment of cost.
4. These writ petitions are dismissed and consequently connected
miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
