JUDGMENT (ORAL):

1. Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
as attempts are being made to resolve the matter out of Court, he prays that
he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file
afresh, if so advised.

2. The same is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed and disposed of on
withdrawal, however, with liberty as prayed for.

4. However, before parting with the records, this Court would like to
observe that as the matter concerns a place of tourist attraction which is

popular, it is expected that the matter be taken up seriously by the State
administration and also all the parties concerned, to arrive at an early
resolution.
