No.036361/445/G18/G181/2013-5 dated 21.11.2015 issued by the third

respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the panel of the year 2005

COMMON ORDER
The prayer in these writ petitions is originally for a mandamus directing
the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.05.2013 and fix the
seniority of the petitioners as Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in the year 2005.
Subsequently, the prayer was amended seeking the relief of a certiorarified
mandamus to call for the records of the order dated 21.11.2015 passed by the
third respondent in Memo No.036361/445/G18/G181/2013-5 and quash the
same.

2. For ready reference, the order dated 21.11.2015 passed by the third

3. As per the above said order, particularly in paragraph no.5, it is
stated that it is only a tentative seniority list issued subject to the outcome of the
verdict in the writ petitions filed, if any, pending before this Court. It is also
very clear that objections were called for from the persons aggrieved within
three months. The petitioner has also not given any objections and straight away
approached this Court by way of a writ petition. From the proceedings dated
21.11.2015, this Court finds that the same cannot be challenged, since it is only
a tentative seniority list.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
