[2] In view of the limited prayer made in this writ petition and
as agreed to by both the counsel appearing for the parties, the present
writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

petitioners submitted that for redressing grievances raised by the
petitioners in this writ petition, they ha ve already approached the
respondents by filing two separate representations both dated 28 - 1 0-
2025 , and that the said representations are still pending for
consideration and disposal by the respondents . It has also been
submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied for the time being if the
present writ petition is disposed of by issuing a simple direction to the
Commissioner, Education(S), Government of Manipur ( respondent No.
1 ) to consider the said representations on its own merit and strictly in
terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a
speaking order within a stipulated period.
[4] Mr. Th. Vashum , learned Government Advocate appearing
on behalf of the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer made
on behalf of the petitioners is confined to the consideration and disposal
of the said representations submitted by t h e m , he has no objection in
disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for on behalf of the
petitioners .
