Crl.P.No.11559/2025. The said petition was disposed of
vide order dated 15.10.2025, reserving liberty to the
petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if any filed,
observing that the statutory duty of the police to conduct
investigation and to file an appropriate report cannot be
curtailed. Upon completion of the investigation, the police
have filed charge sheet for the offences punishable under

5. As per the complaint averments, the driver of
the lorry dashed his vehicle from behind against the car in
which the petitioners were travelling. Hence, the
petitioners quarrelled with him and when the complainant
requested them to park vehicles by the side of the road,

challenge the charge sheet, if any filed against them.

7. Undisputedly, there is a case registered in
Crime No.255/2025 of Chintamani Rural Police Station,

complaint lodged by petitioner No.1. The said case was

the petitioners for causing damage to his lorry. The
incident allegedly took place on 10.07.2025 at about
09:00 p.m. Though the complainant is a police constable,
