ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by
G.Arul Murugan,J)
This contempt petition has been filed against non-compliance
of the order dated 02.02.2026 passed in W.P.No.42595 of 2025.
2. By order dated 02.02.2026, this Court directed the authorities
to conduct inspection and if any encroachment is found, to take
appropriate steps for removal of such encroachment.
3. Responding to the contempt petition, learned counsel for
State produced written instructions from the District Collector dated
14.10.2026, wherein, it is stated that entire encroachments found in
the land have already been removed and in respect of one land,
exchange of land is under process.
4. The details of classification of land, as furnished in paragraphs
2 and 3, read as follows:
“2. It is submitted that the following survey numbers
in Periya Obulapuram Village, Obulapuram Village,
Gummudipoondi Taluk of Tiruvallur District stands
