Per Hon’ble Mr. B Anand, Member (A):
Learned counsel for the applicant states that since
the filing of the OA, grievance of the applicant has been
substantially addressed by the department to the part of
accommodation. Learned counsel for the applicant further
contends that water supply connection in the said
accommodation is yet to be given by the department.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the
applicant shall be satisfied if a direction is given to the
respondents to consider the pending representations dated
27.10.2025 and 30.10.2025 of the applicant and pass a
reasoned and speaking order.
3. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider
the pending representations dated 27.10.2025 and
30.10.2025 of the applicant and pass a reasoned and
speaking order within a period of six (6) weeks from the
date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
