questions of law on similar facts arise for consideration.
2. For brevity, the facts have been noticed from CWP-18704-
2026, which has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus
directing the respondents to permit petitioner no.1 to continue with and
complete her ongoing Assisted Reproductive Technology/ In Vitro
Fertilization (ART/IVF) treatment, and undergo embryo transfer from
amongst the four embryos lawfully created, transferred and
cryopreserved at the facility of respondent
