O R D E R
At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicants has contended that
for redressal of their grievance, the applicants have already preferred separate
representations dated 10.09.2026/11/09.2026 (Annexure A-7 of OA) before the
Executive Director, Ordnance Factory, Katni (respondent no. 4) and the
applicants would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the said respondent to
decide aforesaid representations in the light of prayer made therein within a
specified time.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents has
opposed the prayer of the applicants and submitted that no such
direction can be given at this stage.
3. However, Having regard to the innocuous prayer made by the
learned counsel for the applicants, the Executive Director, Ordnance
Factory, Katni (respondent no. 4) is directed to decide the
representations of the applicants dated 10.09.2026/11.09.2026
(Annexure A-7) by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60
days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The
applicants shall file a copy of this order along with copy of OA with
annexures before the respondent no. 4. A copy of the reasoned and
speaking order shall be communicated to the applicants forthwith.
4. With the above direction, the O.A is disposed of.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. It is made clear that nothing has been expressed on the merits of the
case.
