the corporation vide its order dated 29.08.2025 had
declared 4 tenders successful in the examination of
technical bid and their financial bid were scheduled to

03.09.2025 has been issued to the successful tender.
A photocopy of the Order dated 29.08.2025 is being

therefore, the present writ petition has been rendered
infructuous and as such the writ petition is liable to be
dismissed as infructuous.”

3) Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for
respondent No. 2 submits that since petitioner had

opened, therefore, the relief as claimed, do not survive.
He refers to the statement made in paragraph Nos. 4
and 5 of the counter-affidavit. Mr. Ashish Joshi has
informed us that Letter of Intent has also been issued
to the successful bidder.
4) In view of the subsequent developments
which have taken place after filing of the writ petition,
3
