Shri Deepak Kumar Sinha along with Ms. Mahi Singh, learned
counsel for the applicant is present.
Shri Rana Randhir Singh, ld. Addl. Standing Counsel on receipt of
advance copy of O.A. has appeared for the opposite parties.
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

3. MA No. 527 of 2026, filed by the applicants to pursue the matter
jointly in one application since the grievance and cause of action are
common and same, is allowed.
. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants has submitted
that so far as grievance of the applicants is concerned they have given a
representation to Opposite Party No. 4 on different dates from July to
August, 2026 vide Annexure-A/7 Series (page 50 to 70 of the OA) which
are still pending before the authority concerned.
It is further submitted by the counsel for the applicants that the
grievance of the applicants is covered with the judgment of Hon’ble High
Court, Patna dated 13.02.2025 in CWJC No. 7375 of 2024 and applicants
are hopeful that if their representations are considered and decided by
the authority concerned in accordance with the law/rules, their
grievance at this stage shall be redressed. He further submitted that the
purpose of this OA will be served if the Opposite Party No. 4/competent
authority is directed to consider and decide the representation of the
applicants by a reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties raised no objection to the
submission of counsel for applicant.

5. However, by considering the innocuous prayer of the applicants
for disposal of their representation in accordance with law and rules, the
present OA is disposed of, without entering into the provisions of
Limitation as well as merit of the case, with direction to the Opposite
Party No. 4/competent authority to consider and decide the
representation of the applicants placed at Annexure-A/7 (page 50 to 70
of the OA) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of
three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The applicants along with certified copy of this order shall also submit
the copies of their representations, which were given by them earlier
