ceremonies without permitting any unlawful obstruction, intimidation or breach
of peace and also to proceed with the investigate in connection with cases in 1.

2025 6. 252 of 2025 and 7.0144 of 2026 on the file of the 6th Respondent by
considering the petitioners representation dated 18.08.2026.

When the matter was taken up, Mr.V.Elangovan is present. The counsel
for the private respondents 7 to 15 is absent.
2. Mr.S.Yogaraja Sekar reports that the temple festival went off without a
hitch. Insofar as the criminal cases that have been registered by the Police are
concerned, he states the Police will investigate the cases and file final report
within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
His statement is recorded.
3. Recording the statement made by Mr.S.Yogaraja Sekar, this petition
stands disposed of.
