Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J.

These writ petitions are listed today before
this Court on clarification application filed by the
State for clarifying the order dated 10.10.2018
passed by learned Single Judge. It is contended
by the learned Senior Advocate for the State that
clarification so sought for is beneficial to the
petitioner as by the said clarification the State
Government wanted to pay the minimum
remuneration as per the three orders of the
Government of India i.e. 30.12.2008, 12.12.2014
and 26.07.2019 and it is the contention of the
State Government that if the remuneration is

given in accordance with these three orders
passed by the Central Government, the petitioner
would be monetarily benefited.
2. This Court is afraid as to whether after
loosing all the forums in special appeal, in SLP, in
review applications, the clarification application is
still maintainable or not. In the view of this Court,
when the order is clear cut that the petitioner
would be entitled to get remuneration on the
basis of the letter dated 30.12.2008, no further
order of the central government can be relied
upon. It is the petitioner who need to be worried
and not the respondent about the benefit or loss
to the petitioner, if any.
3. Accordingly, all clarification applications
are dismissed in all writ petitions, being not
maintainable after losing at all the Forums.
