Hon’ble Mr. Chhabilendra Roul , Member (A):

1. Learned counsel for the applicants refers to the sur-
rejoinder filed by the respondents vide Diary No. 3630
dated 27.03.2026. He refers to the calculation details
sheet in respect of Applicant No. 13, namely, Anil Kumar
Panwar, LSG, placed as Annexure SR-2.
2. On the previous date, i.e. 01.09.2026, learned counsel for
the applicants had stated that, out of the sixteen
petitioners, two petitioners were yet to receive their
payments, being the consequential benefits flowing from
the judgment of the Tribunal in the associated OA.
However, the applicants, as per the affidavit filed, admits
that the payments have been made, though they state that
the calculation sheet provided by the respondents in their
sur rejoinder dated 27.03.2026 is not proper. This is

contrary to what was stated on the previous date, i.e.
01.09.2026. This kind of practice before the law court by
learned counsel is not appreciable.
3. However, when the matter has been considered today with
regard to the calculations in CP No. 377/2024 in OA No.
3466/2019, this Tribunal is of the view that the
respondents have complied with the directions issued by
this Tribunal in the captioned OA.
4. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the calculation
sheet provided by the respondents vide their rejoinder,
they are at liberty to challenge such calculations before
the appropriate forum.
5. In view of the above, the present CP is closed. Notices are
discharged.
