O R D E R (ORAL)

Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J)

1. In the present O.A. filed under Section 19 of the
Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicants have
prayed for the following relief(s):-
“ (i) That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be
pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned
Notification dated 2.9.2026 by which the proviso has
been inserted below sub rule (7) of Rule 37 of
CCS(Pension) Rules, 2021 for the employees working
in Ordnance Factories (OFB) declaring to the effect
that the same is illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory.
(ii) That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be
pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned
order dated 15.6.2026 and impugned condition 1.2 (c)
of the impugned order dated 25.06.2026 and
consequently, pass an order of considering the case of
the applicants for their redeploy- ment as per Rule-37
(7) (sub rule-7 )of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021.
(iii) Any other relief which the Hon'ble Tribunal deem
fit and proper may also be granted to the applicants
along with the costs of litigation.”
2. Today, learned counsel for the applicants, under
instructions, submits that keeping in view the recent
developments, the applicants seek permission to withdraw
the present O.A. with liberty to them to agitate their
surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
3. The permission is granted.

4. The O.A. stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as
