vide communication dated 29.05.2025, directed that action be taken in
accordance with Para 2(B)(ii) of the Circular dated 02.07.2018.
3. However, the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Haryana,
Chandigarh, vide communication dated 22.09.2025, declined the request
on the ground that the vacancy position was not such as to permit
deputation of an official from another office. The applicant thereafter
submitted a further representation dated 17.10.2025 to Headquarters
seeking consideration of his case in accordance with the applicable policy.
4. The applicant has also placed on record that vacancies of Assistant
Accounts Officer have subsequently been intimated for being filled through
the Staff Selection Commission and contends that, if such vacancies are
filled up, his claim for consideration under the deputation-cum-absorption
policy would be rendered ineffective.
5. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant
will be satisfied, if, competent authority among the respondents is directed
to consider and decide his representation dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure A-
12) for posting as AAO on the basis of results of departmental SAS exam
within a time bound manner.
6. Learned counsel for the respondents has conceded the innocuous limited
prayer of the applicant for redressal of her grievances.
7. In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the claim of the
applicant, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present Original
Application with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents
