MA 310/00566/2026 is filed by the respondents to condone the delay of
23 days in filing the MA for extension of time. For the reasons stated in the MA
and in the interest of justice, MA 310/00566/2026 is allowed.

2. MA 310/00567/2026 is filed by the respondents in the OA seeking
an extension of time of three months, to comply with the common order, dated
17.04.2026, passed by this Tribunal in OA 310/00957/2023 and batch.

3. For the reasons stated in the MA and in the interest of justice, an
extension of two months from today is granted for complying with the order of
this Tribunal dated 17.04.2026. No further extension of time is allowed.

4. In view of the same, the MA 310/00567/2026 seeking extension of time is
disposed of. No order as to costs.
