the learned trial court took cognizance
of the alleged offences. He would also
submit that, on account of the
applicant’s non-appearance before the

a non-bailable warrant against the
applicant on 17.08.2026.

trial court be directed to consider and
decide his bail application
expeditiously. He would further pray
that, in the meantime, the non-bailable
warrant issued against the applicant be
kept in abeyance.

the applicant fails to appear before the
learned court concerned on or before
the date stipulated hereinabove, the
protection granted by this order shall
cease to operate, and the learned court
concerned shall be at liberty to proceed
against him in accordance with law.
9. It is further clarified that this
order shall not be construed as an
expression of opinion on the merits of
the case or as a direction to grant bail
to the applicant. The bail application, if
filed, shall be considered independently
and in accordance with law.
