Miscellaneous Application No. 1453 of 2026
The instant M.A. has been filed by the applicants making
therein a prayer to permit them to join in and pursue O.A. No. 1399 of
2026 together.
For the reasons stated therein, this M.A. is allowed.
Original Application
Mr. Pawan Kumar Hans, learned counsel for the applicants
submitted that the applicants are aggrieved of inaction of respondents
of not releasing the Field Service Concession in their favour.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants further submitted that the
applicants would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the
respondents to treat a copy of this O.A. as representation of the
applicants for grant of Field Service Concession and decide the same
within a time frame.
3. Accordingly, in view of the limited prayer made by the learned
counsel for the applicants, this Original Application is disposed at the
admission stage, without entering into the merits of the case, with a
direction to respondents to treat a copy of this O.A. as representation
of the applicants for grant of Field Service Concession and decide the
same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. A copy of the
speaking order shall also be furnished to the applicants. Let this
exercise be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of
receipt of a certified copy of this order.
