09.09.2023. The son of the applicant is presently working in Dubai. The
alleged incident is stated to have occurred on 24.10.2025, whereas the FIR
has been lodged on 03.03.2026, after an inordinate delay of nearly four and a
half months, for which no plausible explanation has been furnished. It is
further submitted that prior to lodging of the present FIR, the complainant
had filed a complaint before the Mahila Thana on 25.02.2026, wherein no
such allegation was made against the applicant. This clearly indicates that the
allegations have been subsequently introduced with an ulterior motive.
Learned counsel further submits that the applicant is a permanent resident of

prays for its rejection.

in lodging the FIR, and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the
applicant, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this
