AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF USER IN LAND FOR LAYING PIPELINES FOR SUPPLYING DRINKING WATER TO MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, MUNICIPALITIES, NAGAR PANCHAYATS, GRAM PANCHAYATS, HABITATIONS AND FOR PROVIDING IRRIGATION FACILITIES AND TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF INDUSTRIES AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
