AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR COUNTING OF AIDED SERVICE OF THE TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING EMPLOYEES OF THE PRIVATE AIDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE STATE FOR THE PURPOSES OF FIXATION OF PAY, AUTOMATIC ADVANCEMENT SCHEME, CAREER ADVANCEMENT SCHEME AND PENSION AND MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
