AN ACT EMPOWERING THE STATE TO PROHIBIT PROPAGATION OF RELIGION IN PLACES OF WORSHIP OR PRAYER OTHER THAN THE RELIGION TRADITIONALLY PRACTICED AT SUCH PLACE AND THE MATTERS CONNECTED THERE WITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
