An Act to provide for the constitution of a Fund for the financing of activities to promote welfare of Tea Plantation employees in the State of Assam and for conducting such activities. Preamble. - Whereas it is expedient to constitution a Fund for the financing of activities to promote welfare of tea plantation employees in the State of Assam and for conducting such activities. It is hereby enacted in the Tenth year of the Republic of India ail follows:--
