An Act to extend the Goalpara Tenancy Act, 1929 to the Autonomous District of Garo Hills Preamble. - Where as it is expedient to extend the Goalpara Tenancy Act, 1929 to the permanently settled areas of the Autonomous District of Garo Hills ; It is hereby enacted as follows :
