CHHATTISGARH RAJYA VITTA AYOG ADHINIYAM, 1994

Received the assent of the Governor on the 5th March, 1994, assent first published in the "Chhattisgarh Gazette (Extra-ordinary)", dated the 7th March, 1994. An Act to determine the qualifications requisite for appointment as members of the State Finance Commission and the manner in which they shall be selected, and to prescribe their powers. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Forty-fifth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
