Chhattisgarh Special Courts Act, 2015

An Act to provide for the constitution of Special Courts for the Speedy trial of certain class of offences and for confiscation of the properties acquired by public servants using corrupt practices and for the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows
