CHHATTISGARH SPECIAL POLICE ESTABLISHMENT (REPEAL) ADHINIYAM, 2003

An Act to repeal the Chhattisgarh Special Police Establishment Act, 1947 in view of the existing provision to appoint a separate agency for similar functions under the Chhattisgarh Lok Aayog Adhiniyam, 2002. PREAMBLE BE it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly in the Fifty-fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
