CHHATTISGARH SWAMI VIVEKANAND TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY ACT, 2004

An Act to establish and incorporate a University of Technology for the purpose of ensuring systematic, efficient and qualitative education in engineering and technological subjects including Architecture and Pharmacy at Research, Post Graduate Degree and Diploma level and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows; -
