Received the asset of the President on the 16th December, 1981; assent first published in the "Chhattisgarh Gazette (Extraordinary)" dated the 12th January, 1982. An Act to provide for levy of certain cesses. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
